Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

*** All Resin items (Tumblers, some keychains, rolling trays, etc) have an estimated timeframe of 2 - 4 weeks before shipping out.

Due to the custom nature of our products we DO NOT accept returns!

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Chardye@GlitzNGlamByDay.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
